Judy Weinstein, Principal

Judy has over fifteen years of compensation experience, and also specializes in Executive Compensation. She has designed and implemented compensation programs for employees of all levels. In her latest role at a Fortune 100 entertainment company, Judy’s responsibilities included developing management bonus programs, long-term incentive plans and equity-related projects. As a consultant, Judy has conducted market analyses, developed and communicated sales incentive plans and designed merit planning systems. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with other areas of Human Resources, including Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Diversity and Recruiting.

Judy is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University in Northridge and a Master of Arts degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College. She also has a certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University in Northridge.

 

Liz Glater, Compensation and HRIS

Liz brings almost 20 years of Human Resources experience, with specific expertise in Compenation and HRIS. She has designed, developed, implemented, and managed all types of compensation programs, including base, annual incentive, sales and executive comp; performance management; job structures. Liz's experience with HRIS's includes managing system conversions and upgrades, as well as developing, analyzing and reporting on data. Her HR experience also includes Recruiting and managing the Benefits function.

Having worked in a variety of industries, including insurance, healthcare, bio-tech and high-tech, Liz brings the flexibility to get in and quickly learn about the company in order to ensure the appropriate policies, programs and systems are put in place.

Liz hails from Connecticut, where she completed her undergraduate degree in Music Education, and a Masters degree (MBA) in Human Resource Management. She also holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. Prior to her move to sunny SoCal, Liz lived and worked in Atlanta for 15 years.

 

Brad Kleinerman, Human Resources Generalist

Brad’s background spans a variety of human resources disciplines and business environments. A true HR Generalist, he has developed the human resources function for start up companies and implemented programs and tools that establish Human Resource’s contributions and validity to more mature organizations. Brad has excellent relationship, consensus building and problem solving skills. His leadership skills provide vision and direction to help any organization be successful. Brad’s industry experience includes entertainment, retail, space exploration and scientific discovery.

Brad has a Bachelors of Arts Degree from California State University, Fullerton and a Masters of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Brad resides in Central Connecticut.

 

Anji Limón, Writer/Employee Communications

In addition to being an accomplished writer, Anji Limón has also had a successful Human Resources career, which included positions in recruiting, benefits, employee relations, project management, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The companies she has worked for include Allergan, Inc., Warner Bros., Countrywide Home Loans, Walt Disney Pictures and Television and Health Net, Inc.

In addition to writing the standard communications pieces that most of our clients need, Anji has the ability to translate difficult or technical information into text that is easily understood. She is also known for presenting difficult or unfavorable information in a positive manner that is always well-received by both employees and clients.

Sheila Cronin, Human Resources Management

Sheila has twenty years of experience in the always evolving role of Human Resources Management. She is a true generalist, who has designed and implemented a variety of programs, policies and strategies that are easily integrated into diverse company cultures. She has an entrepreneurial spirit, but also understands the value of corporate structure. Sheila has a proven track record and management style that is objective, practical, and fiscally responsible.

In addition to having been a Human Resources executive for a Fortune 100 entertainment company, she has held leadership roles in a variety of industries, including retail, real estate, academia and non-profit.
